Steps:

1. Gently brush the exterior of the boots with a soft suede brush. 

2. Use the sponge to lightly dampen the outer surface of your boots with cold water (do NOT soak as it will damage fabric).

3. Apply a small amount of the sheepskin cleaner and conditioner on a wet sponge and gently rub the problem areas on the exterior of the UGG boots. ​ Note: Scrubbing vigorously can cause damage

4. Stuff newspaper or paper towels into the boots to help maintain their shape. 

5. Place the UGG boots in a dry and well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight to dry (Do not use heat to speed up the process).

6. When the boots are dry gently brush the exterior with a soft suede brush.  

7. Remove the newspaper or paper towels from the boots.
