Steps:

  1. Remove the ear pad with an opening pick.
    2. Step image
  2. Reveal the speaker.
    3. Step image
  3. Remove the 4.5 mm screws using the Phillips #00 screwdriver.
    4. Step image
  4. Pull apart the bronze speaker away from the headphones carefully to reveal the wiring.
  5. Desolder the motherboard speaker connection.
