Steps:

1. Pull the hood latch located under the dashboard on the driver’s side to release the hood.
2. Raise the car's hood until the hood struts engage and hold it in the open position.

3. Locate the engine air filter box, positioned in front and to the side of the engine.

4. Squeeze the three clips securing the air filter box cover to release them from the cover.
5. Ensure the clips are fully released to avoid damaging them.
6. Remember the orientation of the clips for reassembly.

7. Lift the cover and remove the engine air filter.

8. Place the new air filter inside the air filter box.
9. Close the engine air filter box lid and secure the clips.

10. Close the hood of the car by carefully lowering it and ensuring it is latched properly.
11. Start your car and ensure it runs smoothly. Check for any unusual noises or issues.
