Steps:

1. Remove the 6 M2 x 5mm screws located at the top half of the laptop using a #0 phillips head, then remove the 4 M2 x 2.5mm screws located at the bottom of the laptop using a #0 phillips head.

2. Insert the pry pick between the base plate and the bottom of the laptop, and pry the clips loose around the edge until the base pops off.

3. Locate the SSD underneath the blue thermal pad on the left side of the motherboard.
4. Peel back the thermal pad to reveal the screw.

5. Using a #0 Phillips head, remove the M2 x 3mm screw securing the SSD.
6. The SSD should pop up at a slight angle.

7. Slide the SSD out of the slot.
8. Try to keep the thermal pad in one piece to use on the replacement SSD.
