Steps:

  1. To access the bottom of the forks, safely turn the unit on its left side with the hydraulic tank positioned on the top side to prevent leaking from the hydraulic cap.
  2. Use an Allen wrench to loosen the set screw and use an adjustable wrench to adjust the jam nut.
  3. Turn the drive nut to raise or lower the wheels.
  4. Adjust until both forks appear to be the same height.
  5. Use the same tools in Step 1 to tighten the jam nut and set screw.
  6. Return BallyPal to upright position.
  7. Measure where the wheels are in comparison to the forks to confirm adjustments made.
  8. Step 1-2 may need to be repeated unit the adjustments are within acceptable range.
