Steps:

  1. Download and install the drivers from here.
  2. Press on the Windows button and type "Firmware Update" into the search.
  3. Unplug TS-XW from USB port.
  4. Keep it plugged-in to power.
  5. Press and hold XBOX button + the button next to it (button 11)

  6. Keep holding the XBOX button + Button 11 and connect TS-XW to USB port
  7. Once connected, wait a few seconds and let go of the buttons.

  8. Your device should show up in Firmware Updater.
  9. Press OK on the Firmware Updater and wait for update to complete.
