Steps:

1. Measure the old screw to determine what size you will need to replace.
2. Remove the old screws from the handle by taking the flat-head screwdriver and turning left.

3. Take the new Flat-Head Slotted screw BOTTOM and place it through the top of one side of the handle.
4. The neck of the screw will be visibly seen.

5. Take one side of the handle and push the visible neck through the hole in the hat case.
6. Repeat for the other side of the handle.

7. Both necks of the screws will be visible.
8. Take the flathead Slotted TOP of the screw and place it over the neck of the screw.
9. Take a flathead screwdriver and turn right to tighten the top screw.

10. One side is complete.
11. Repeat steps 1-6 for the other side of the handle.
