Steps:

1. Disassemble the mounting bracket by first unscrewing the screw from its side.

2. Place drywall anchors into the holes.

3. Hammer the drywall anchors into the holes.

4. Place the mounting bracket onto the wall making sure that the hole with "UP" next to it is aligned with the top hole. Screw in a screw through the mounting bracket into the drywall anchors.

5. Place the cover over the base of the mounting bracket.

6. Insert the towel rack into the hole of the towel rack holder and place the towel rack holder over the bracket.

7. Secure the towel rack holder into the bracket by screwing the small screw from step 1 into its hole.
