Steps:

  1. remove the front panel to get to where the RAM is.
    2. Step image
  2. Remove the Ram that isn't working or all of them.
    3. Step image
  3. Insert the new RAM completely to where they all click into place and are secure.
  4. Lastly put the front panel back on and turn on the Pc like normal.
