Steps:

1. Remove the cushion by pulling it off from the edge and out from the grooves.
2. Continue to pull the cushion away from the speaker until the cushion is fully separated.

3. Remove the four 6 mm Phillips #1 screws from the left side of the speaker casing.

4. Gently pull the speaker casing away from the shell.
5. Place it face down to access the battery.

6. Unplug the battery from the socket.
7. Use a spudger to gently lift the battery up.
8. Remove the battery.

9. Remove the old cushion by pulling it off from the edge and out from the grooves.

10. Continue to pull the cushion away from the speaker until the cushion is fully separated.

11. Unplug the microphone from the headset.

12. Remove four 6 mm Phillips #1 screws that secure the cover.
13. Lift off the cover.

14. Remove the single 6 mm Phillips screws that secures the volume control knob.

15. Remove the volume control knob.
