Calculating Units for Call Numbers in D365 Technique

Steps:

  1. Navigate to the D365 portal at https://repairs.crm.dynamics.com.
  2. If you have access to multiple apps, select Operation Support.
  3. Click the “Call Number ⌄” in the top left corner of the screen.
  4. From the dropdown menu, select Filter By.
  5. Enter the Call Number you want to verify in the bottom box and click Apply.
  6. The screen will display only the filtered Call Number.
  7. Double-click on the Call Number to open its details.
  8. On the Call Number Details page, select the Equipment tab in the upper right corner.
  9. The Work Order Equipment page will display one or more entries (the number of entries may vary).
  10. Double-click the first entry in the Work Order Equipment table to view its details.
  11. On the entry details page, select the “Related ⌄” tab, then choose Audit History.
  12. Scroll through the Audit History to locate any entries marked “Meters 3” and record the value provided.
  13. Go back to the Work Order Equipment table and repeat steps 5–6 for all remaining entries.
  14. Add together the recorded values from the Meters 3 fields to calculate the total units worked for the Call Number.
  15. If no Meters 3 values are found or you suspect duplicate entries, check the Notes tab on the Call Number Details page.
  16. Look for any unit count recorded by the technician in the notes.
  17. Note: Make sure to be thorough when reviewing entries to ensure accuracy and avoid duplicate counts.
