Steps:

1. First, pull the carrying handle out of the holder with a firm tug.

2. I tried to open the bottom part. You can see the marks on the picture from my futile attempts to pry the bottom off.

3. I pulled so hard on the cover that the retaining tabs gave way...
4. If you want to do it better: You may be able to reach the retaining tabs of the cover through the designated holes.
5. However, as there are four retaining tabs, you will probably need a special tool to unlock them all at the same time. I only realized this after using my somewhat brutal method.
6. This caused minor damage to the lower part, but this can be repaired with some plastic glue.

7. Finally, the lower part is open in front of us and you can resolve contact problems or even change the battery...
