Steps:

1. Power the laptop down and unplug all of the cables.
2. Flip over the laptop.

3. Remove the 10 phillips screws from the bottom of the case.
4. Using a prying tool pry the bottom of the case open.

5. Locate the battery and its connector.
6. Using your fingers or a prying tool pull up on the connector to disconnect it.

7. Locate the stick of RAM.
8. Using your fingers, pull the metal arms on the sides of the RAM away from it.
9. The RAM will face upwards.
10. Remove the RAM from its slot by pulling it out.
