Steps:

1. Remove the plastic wall mount attached to the base of the stand.
2. Remove the four 9 mm screws on the back four corners of the camera using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.
3. If needed, gently bend the antenna of the camera towards you to access the screw in the bottom left corner.

4. Gently remove the front casing.
5. The motherboard will go with the front casing, so don't pull too hard or else the wires connected to the speaker might break.
6. The back of the motherboard should already be facing up.
7. Remove the two 5 mm screws near the upper center on the back of the motherboard using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.
8. The old camera lens will fall off after the screws are removed.
9. Replace the new lens.
