Steps:

  1. Turn off the printer by un pluging the power cord
    2. Step image
  2. Open the front cover
  3. Pull out each toner cartridge (black, cyan, magenta, yellow) carefully and place them on a clean surface.
  4. Then pull out the side toner holder (pic 2)

  5. Pull out the drum unit Use the small handle or grip to slowly slide the drum unit out of the priner
  6. Pull out by pulling carefully on the handle (marked on pic 1)
  7. TIP : DO NOT TOUCH THE GREEN DRUM ROLL

  8. put it back together in a way :
  9. iamging roll drum -> side toner holder -> cartridges -. close the frontpanel :) hope it helps!
