Steps:

1. Turn the car off completely.
2. Open the hood and locate the spark plugs attached to the wires.
3. Check whether the engine is inline or V-shaped to identify the wire layout.

4. Grip the boot and pull it straight off the spark plug without yanking the wire.

5. Remove the old spark plug using a spark plug socket and ratchet wrench by turning counterclockwise.

6. Grab the new spark plug.
7. Check and adjust the gap on the new plug if needed.

8. Insert the new spark plug by hand to prevent cross-threading, then tighten it with a wrench to the recommended torque.

9. Reconnect the ignition or wire securely to the new spark plug, then start the engine to confirm it runs smoothly.
