Steps:

1. Confirm that the dryer is showing the E68 error code before opening the control panel.
2. E68 means the control is detecting a stuck button.
3. Leave the dryer assembled and powered only while running the keypad test.
4. Unplug the dryer before removing screws or opening the control panel.
5. Reconnect power only after the control panel is fully secured for retesting.
6. Turn the timer dial to Normal.
7. Hold Select and Cancel together for six seconds.
8. Immediately hold Start and Cancel together for four seconds.
