Steps:

1. Use an opening tool to separate the back cover of the tablet by wedging the tool into the crease between the back cover and touchscreen.
2. Work your way around the perimeter of the tablet to detach the back cover and remove it carefully so you don't rip any cables attached.

3. Use a spudger to carefully disconnect the display ribbons from the motherboard.

4. To remove the battery, use the spudger to pry the battery up and away from the tablet.
5. You might have some difficulty removing due to glue holding the battery in place.
6. Work your way around the perimeter of the battery with the spudger or opening picks gently so you don't bend or puncture the battery.

7. Use a spudger to remove the speakers.
8. To remove the motherboard, remove the three screws that hold the board in place with a Phillips screwdriver.

9. Desolder the four speaker wires connecting the speaker to the motherboard using a soldering station.

11. Be sure to wear protective eye wear. Also, keep in mind that the soldering iron will become extremely hot.
