Steps:

1. Use a screwdriver with a H2.0 head to remove the two screws on the upper headband plate.
2. Use a screwdriver with a T9 bit to remove one screw from the upper headband plate.
3. Remove the upper headband plate.
4. Repeat the past three steps for the upper headband plate on the other side.

5. Use a screwdriver with a H2.0 head to remove the two screws on the lower headband plate.
6. Use a screwdriver with a T9 bit to remove one screw from the lower headband plate.
7. Remove the lower headband plate.
8. Repeat the past three steps for the lower headband plate on the other side.

9. Use your hand to remove the headband adjuster.
